Does anyone still leave them for trades/service men?
I leave something for the dustmen but only because they seek out my bin even tho they dont have too...
oh shite...perhaps they think i'm elderly!!

Nope. The bin men sometimes don't take our rubbish even when it's out (!) and a few weeks ago one of them swore at hubby once he'd got into the car (not knowing I was getting ready at the window) because we'd left one black plastic tray in there
So no - I won't tip them.
We don't have a window cleaner and the postman leaves rubber bands littering our driveway repeatedly. |

we have to be careful tipping the bin men.they get in trouble if they get caught taking them. think it stems from when they used to knock on doors asking for one |
