Write a profile like an estate agent

An idle thought… what would a profile written in the style of an estate agent be like? Some wording could directly translate… an attractive frontage, for example. Some things could be adapted… generously proportioned rear, accommodating upper access, well-loved but serviceable passage at rear…

What do you think?

Could be, yes… I’m just a fan of wordplay and euphemisms

Canvey Island

“Human body for sale,

Lots of potential but we’ll overcharge you for the privilege & good luck even getting the opportunity to buy it as we’ll sell it to our developer mates whilst looking down on you. Scum”

Naked coffee house near you - Wiltshire - Swindon

a 1970's build, slightly bigger than the newer mass produced one of today.

Upgraded windows to modern standards and heating system working perfectly. Roomy upstairs for a 2 bed , but big enough downstair for anyone .....

Fabswingers are proud to present this stunning, unattached, and well groomed male. His stylish dress sense and refined manners make him the perfect gent to host and entertain. He is a well sought after specimen and we do not anticipate he will be around long. Ideal for size queens and cuck couples due to the VWE package between his legs.

The Town by The Cross

Recently returned to the market, this stunning vintage property needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Having been increasingly insulated over the years this property would make comfy accommodation for anybody who values both comfort and style.

In addition to being buffeted against bone rattle by implementing the highly popular cushioning at both front and rear any purchaser will be amazed at the volume of parking available all with easy access and low running costs.

Leicester

Built 1974, looks tidy from the outside but the foundations are a wreck. Probably best to bulldoze the site and start a new build.

Period dwelling with a well kept garden and tasteful decore. A little bit of modernisation required but an absolute bargain for someone who likes to get their hands dirty and prepared to bend over backwards to get what they require.
