PLS HELP.... MOCAFLIX REMOVAL HELP NEEDED

Iv got this nasty hijacker virus on my pc and from looking on the net its a pain to get rid of, my pc skills do not stretch far enough to get rid of this....any suggestions pls

Best to do a search on google if it allows you. Plenty of free downloads that should help. Other than that reboot computer fress f8 which takes you to windows start up menu, start windows in the safe mode and then check your recent software downloads and either disable or delete. Reboot and see if that helps. All I can think of. It has got rid of viruses before doing this when I. Done that
