Tea drinkers

We all know the first brew of the day has to be a traditional tea but do you drink other teas during the day?

I enjoy an Oolong a nice Assam and a green tea and jasmine pearls.

I have just brewed an Oolong now

Have you got any recommendations?

I don't often drink caffeine but I do like the occasional chai tea. Then peppermint or lemon and ginger in the evenings.

I mainly drink English Breakfast - gallons of the stuff throughout the average day. Teapigs do some lovely herbal teas though, rhubarb & ginger and chamomile flowers are my favourites.

Infrequently, the "Fortmason" blend of loose tea from F&M, which is delicious. Otherwise Darjeeling as I prefer a lighter tea, but infused for longer to bring out the flavour.

Rooibos. Or a berries tea. I quite like the Teapigs range - the spiced red berries is perfect at this time of year or the apple and cinnamon one.

I've started drinking green tea but it's not great. Hoping I grow to love it!

Ah I might give that a go. A dear friend has been extolling the virtues of matcha but I don't think I can face it.

CBD or 420?"

CBD will work but 420 tends to be better as it has psychoactive compounds which help alleviate the pain that comes with inflammation. I’m a chemist and spent 3 years in pharmacology studying the effects of THC & CBD and the mechanisms in which they are involved within the body

A Ceylon orange pekoe (large leaf) is my usual morning brew.

Love a Ceylon Darjeeling blend too. It's a very refreshing combination.

At work, i'll often have a Sencha or Gyokuro green tea. Matcha is too much of a PITA the arse to make at work.

Yeah, I have that (or Marmite) when I want a hot drink but no caffeine.
