Think of New Years ones, but you only have this week to either stick to them or forget, so should be much easier! What are this weeks "Really gotta stop/start doing that"s?

I'm gonna stop snoozing my alarm, this is a big deal. I give it until Thursday.

I'm gonna start remembering to take my supplements with a glass of actual water, on time, every day.

instead of running three times a week, I'm going to try to notch it up to every day

Dora is away this week so I’m hitting the gym every day and cutting calories

Gonna be toned for her return.

If you're hitting the gym every day, don't cut calories, you'll need them, just cut the obviously bad sort.

I do as mine is in powder format and I have to mix it. It doesn't taste very nice at all.
