do people don't use the tongues provided to select their bread rolls, croissants etc . They are there for a reason, use them. I don't want picking my croissant after you and lots more squeezed it within an inch of its life with your hands. Surely I can't be the only one that finds this unacceptable. |

"I hope they're not using their tongues to pick them up
blooming predictor and me not checking, obviously meant tongs. "
Though to be fair I did see a while back a couple of kids licking the icing sugar off a few iced buns. I never bought anything from there again. |

"I never buy from the bakery section at Lidls, the lack of sneezeguards is disturbing "
They put the stuff in compartments now in the newer shops but people still stick their hands to pick instead of the tongs provided. |

" Surely licking the bread first is a lot more unhygienic? |

People rave about their 'fresh' bread and pastries but apart from the fact they're delivered frozen then heated up, the open display is pretty grim. |

"I went to Lidl yesterday. They didn’t have corned beef.
Disappointing "
Did you not come out with a sleeping back and tea towel hooks? Much more useful than corned beef |

Yep, neither thought is appealing |
