Anybody currently got an ACL knee injury or similar and finding it difficult to loose weight or find motivation to loose weight? I can't play no sports it's affecting my mind xxx |

Swimming or gym but just don’t use the knee.
Very easy to stop everything and get fed up. A good PT will work wonders for you. |

I have had an ACL injury since uni....so over 20 years. I'm fat but the torn ACL isn't to blame for that
Do exercises that with strengthen the muscles around the knee if you're not getting reconstructive surgery.
I have ran a (very slow) marathon and can squat 142.5kg without having the surgery so exercise is totally possible even with a torn ACL.
