"I'm thinking of making my first cuppa of the evening.
Any tips on T bagging techniques or how long to leave them soaking ?
I have tried leaves and strainers and like both ?
Thanks "
My grandad used to instruct me in how to make the perfect cuppa and he was a master of it.
The key to it is to warm the cup first (and the teapot if you use one) with boiling water and leave it to stand while you reboil the kettle. |

Do I put one in each cheek ?

For a start... Use a good Yorkshire tea...
And remember 'a floating tea bag isn't doing its job'

Gwanny, I think its just to add a sense of drama by generating a cloud of steam prior to insertion |

That would be the Yorkshire tea grown, plucked, dried, packed and shipped from India yes? "
It could be from anywhere.. It still does the trick. |

Gwanny I hear dear old Kelvin McKenzie, Peter Hitchen and Brian Sewell are hosting a Teabagging-party……
It should be a right laugh…… perhaps we should gate-crash…. Eh! |
