If you suffer this painful condition you really must give this a try.

Chaga is a fungal conk that grows on birch trees. It is a type of fungus Inonotus obliquus,

It has amazing properties for blood flow. It has an effect within 6 hours of taking it.

It also has huge benefits to your immune system.

Im sharing this as having suffered for 4 years even through the summer it has now completely gone.

Use it as a powder in coffee or just sprinkle it on food. Its quite bitter on its own. 1/2 teaspoon a day will work wonders.

Peace and love

M

It should not be taken by diabetics, people on blood thinners or pregnant women

It's the same thing, people just use different terminology. It should really be called a syndrome because it's a collection of physical signs, e.g. changing colour of skin.

There are two main types of Raynaud’s syndrome:

Primary Raynaud’s syndrome (also called Raynaud’s disease).

Secondary Raynaud’s syndrome (also called Raynaud’s phenomenon).

I did not know this. Every day is a home education day
