Huge character, on and off the pitch.

Genuinely funny guy, right to the end.

He was diagnosed in 2016, and it was incredible to make it on to the Murrayfield pitch just a few weeks ago.

His My Name's Doddie (MND) foundation has raised over £8m to advance research and understanding this devastating disease.
