Pasta

H is cooking my favourite Italian dish.

I’m not sure what it’s called so I’ll describe it for you.

She stands up those tubey pasta’s in a round baking tin and then fills them with a homemade rich bolognaise sauce type mince she won’t give me the recipe for and that oozy nice mozzarella cheese and then bakes it so the tops of the pasta go a bit crunchy but the rest is moist and tasty.

"Pasta

H is cooking my favourite Italian dish.

I’m not sure what it’s called so I’ll describe it for you.

She stands up those tubey pasta’s in a round baking tin and then fills them with a homemade rich bolognaise sauce type mince she won’t give me the recipe for and that oozy nice mozzarella cheese and then bakes it so the tops of the pasta go a bit crunchy but the rest is moist and tasty.

"

Oh my that sounds delicious

Fish & Veg , give or take a few cents that dinner costs approx €1.50 as l buy the fish & veg to do me for a few dinners, 8 packets of veg = €10 and 12 piece's of fish = €8 ..and over time will get approx 12 dinners...deep freeze.

Roasted veg, chicken and chorizo tomato pasta bake. I made it last night so not much washing up needed now either.

I love it when I’ve got a really good homemade dinner to look forward to

A lot of great cooks on here, it seems!
