A close friend of mine, who looks remarkably like me, has had a most exhausting week. But does tired mean an absence of sexual pleasure?

With 2 young kids it's safe to say I'm like a permanently exhausted pigeon as is the Mr, we still find the energy for sex, some nights maybe just oral others just a cuddle, but regardless of how shattered we are we always time, sleepy sex can be fun too.

I'd probably just let them be. Run a bath, light a nice candle. Feed them good food, a gentle head massage. Sometimes you need to switch off. Obviously I'll fall asleep spooning them and forking can happen in the morning if they're recharged. Sometimes it's just nice to have naked cuddles and have that intimacy without additional things. |

I'd get a blanket, tell him to lay on the sofa with his head on my lap and then I'd stroke his hair to help him settle down to sleep. Id let him stay there resting while I watched tv making sure as not to disturb him |
