little house on the praire

Ok, so yesterday i committed a mortal sin. I bought the cat whiskers food instead of go cat. Didnt realize until i opened the box. Well she wouldnt bloody touch it, meowing around my legs anyway, she had a tiny bit. But that was all. I thought she will give in when shes hungry but apparently not.

So ive given in and going to by her normal food. Tell you kids arnt that bad at least they will eat it when they are hungry lol

My dogs eat anything so its usually what evers on offer , cats is different because the cat can feed its self , give a cat food it doesn't like and the cat will look esle where.

Don't upset your pussy

However fussy they are, it does a cat no harm at all to be starved for a day once a week or so. As has been said before, if they are THAT hungry they will go and find some food.......

Cats are notoriously fussy mine feel the same way about Felix, wont touch it for love nor money, i bought some to try them with it, they just sat and looked at me, the eldest giving me "that look", so they went out and got fresh kill and brought the remains home for me

Most Dogs will eat just about anything, whereas most cats are notoriously fussy eaters....

Funny that ours wont eat whiskers either...

Every so often we have no choice as the village shop only sells that or the cheap ceral type

They would rather beat the dog up for the dog food

Again, or is this the other one?

I found myself buying every type of food to try and get my cat to eat and then just to keep up with what she was eating before she popped her clogs.

My dog won't eat dog meat - his wits lasted longer than mine

5 days he lasted before I gave in !

Now I buy him bags of frozen chicken, beef or tripe minced up and mix that with rice or veg.

No drama's any longer - those 'delicacies' appear to suffice !

He does like toast though

and crumpets

and porridge

and for some bizarre reason, bananas

Absolutely nothing bizarre about liking a banana. Perhaps he's trying to get you to add it to his porridge.
