Gee I hope the lady in question isn't reading this she must be really embarrassed and I imagine she was pretty upset whilst your getting your rock's off.
Bit crass tbh OP.
Why was it sexy for you,did it boost your ego??
Shame on you bragging about it. |

I've seen a few educational films by a porn star called Dirty Garden Girl who takes great joy in turning her arse inside out.
There's something for everyone on this planet, it must be said. |

Hi Guys
I didn't do it too her, it's something I didn't know she could do.
She asked me if I wanted to see something and she pushed it out.
I didn't realise it was a porn category until she shown me.
It was something different and I don't judge people |

99% of porn is neither a healthy nor accurate representation of sex. The existence of "prolapse porn" does not make it an acceptable or legitimate endeavour.
Also, wtf OP? |

Agreed it is not disgusting, but it's not an ideal thing either. You only need to read about the vaginal mesh scandal to treat pelvic organ relapse. To see that prolapse is a serious issue for many women, like my aunt who had to have an emergency hysterectomy because of it. Yes it maybe a niche porn category (I've learnt something new today) but that doesn't mean people can't be concerned about it. |

I'm not sure "porn of it exists" is an argument to make something ok? Porn of... all sorts of fucked up shit exists.
I don't know enough about it to comment on specifics, but I'm aware that it can be a major health concern, and would therefore not like to be involved in it myself. |

It's quite clear from your original post that you were asking for "sexy prolapse stories" for your wank bank. Having been told you were out of order you're being completely disingenuous in pretending your query was one of legitimate concern. |

She asked if you wanted to see something.
You agreed.
She showed you she can prolapse, and you learned there is a niche porn market regarding prolapsing.
You found it very sexy.
What else is there contextually that's missing?

Tbf lots of sex acts can contribute to serious health issues, for example anal and fisting to name a few, but they never get this kind of response? |

Because they see it as sexy
To them a prolapse isn't sexy so it's ok to attack people over it
I don't find it sexy, I've seen a vag prolapse first hand and it looked very painful and uncomfortable but if the woman involved and her partner dont have an issue then I don't get the problem tbh |

I feel strongly against fisting and I’m very verbal about it for all the health issues that it causes.

This is defo being blown up. I think that if the female in question had an issue she wouldn’t have mentioned it. I think that it’s a ‘kink’ or ‘fetish’ maybe and it’s not something that’s new to the sex industry. Some people find it hot, others not so much. Personally I don’t know why so many people are coming for OP

Now I like a bit of anal play with an attractive lady as much as the next man, a nice bit of sensual rimming, a cheeky finger and a butt plug, even a bit of gentle lubed up anal penatration, but if halfway through she decides to turn her arse inside out or even outside in then I'm throwing in the towel. So no OP, not for me but each to their own |

Any huge amount of fluid coming from the urethra is a health issue and shouldn't be happening during sex, no matter how sexy people think it is.
It's still enjoyable to them and nothing to be shamed for. Loads of women suffer stress incontinence even when they aren't having sex. |

Okay, now we are able to join in tonight, here's our take. Please note that prolapse doesn't necessarily mean that the prolapsed organ is completely external, there are different degrees of prolapse and it depends on the grade (1-4) as to how far "down" the organ is compared to the normal position.
Rectocele - prolapse of the back vaginal wall
Cystocele - prolapse of the front vaginal wall, usually caused by prolapse of the bladder
Rectal prolapse - should be self explanatory - this isn't only external
Enterocele - prolapse of the bowel into the pelvic cavity
Uterine prolapse - when the uterus drops down and the cervix is either low in the vagina; at the vaginal opening or can be external
Vaginal vault prolapse - when the top of the vagina concertinas down towards the opening - this is a major risk after hysterectomy
I have triple prolapse - rectocele; cystocele and uterine prolapse. My rectocele has been surgically repaired once but that failed within 2yrs.
My prolapses especially cause me problems with toilet related matters, especially the rectocele.
Despite a fairly low hanging cervix, I am able to have sex in most positions thanks to a silicone scaffolding ring that holds it up as much as possible. But my cervix can be easily bashed, which is very uncomfortable.
It's not nice. It's not kinky. It's not fun.
I've had extremely invasive tests. I've had to urinate and defecate in front of multiple medical professionals, while x-rays and other scans were taken. While catheters were inserted into every orifice. While I was bleeding and passing massive clots on my period. None of these things are adapted for wheelchair users/disabled people and so I've needed even more help, while pretty much naked with wires hanging out of my arse and urethra and four or five people (men and women) in the room.
Prolapse of some degree occurs in around 50% of women at some point in their lives. If you don't believe me, check out the stats on the NHS and NICE websites. It can be treated, sometimes it can be prevented from worsening or surgery can alleviate in some cases (although this often fails).
I'm lucky because I'm young and I am able to manage my own toilet needs and my silicone ring. Spare a thought for Mildred, age 80 who cannot empty her bladder due to prolapse and has chronic UTIs as a consequence. Who cannot empty her bowels without someone manually pressing on the bulge out of her vagina. Who cannot tolerate someone shoving a ring of silicone up her vagina and so who has to live with the prolapse. Often, hysterectomy is not possible, perhaps due to comorbidity or risk of further prolapse in the future.
Men can and do suffer from rectal prolapse and/or enteroceles but all prolapses are infinity more common in women due to anatomy, influence of hormones and the impact of pregnancy/childbirth.
Here endeth the lesson. |

Here endeth the lesson."
And I think that supports why it’s not bloody kinky! |

"Im not explaining myself again
You’re explaining yourself alright:
It was fun and found it very sexy are the only explanations I needed to read
Okay read full context then move on
Full context: something happened you liked. It's a thing that can be or contribute serious health issues. It's ok, though, because porn of it exists (because porn is notorious for displaying only healthy things).
What context am I missing?
Tbf lots of sex acts can contribute to serious health issues, for example anal and fisting to name a few, but they never get this kind of response?
Squirting is a health issue, but many people on the forums think it's something to be proud of.
I am not proud of it, nor does it happen to me, but squirting is not a health issue unless its masking urinary incontinence which is another problem in itself.
I feel strongly against fisting and I’m very verbal about it for all the health issues that it causes.
The fact is: I am not demonising people who has these issues and decide to carry on with their sex life, but more in the lines of fetishising a health problem is wrong, and that’s what’s happening in this thread. Would you find sexy a person just because they had an arm amputated?
Any huge amount of fluid coming from the urethra is a health issue and shouldn't be happening during sex, no matter how sexy people think it is.
It's still enjoyable to them and nothing to be shamed for. Loads of women suffer stress incontinence even when they aren't having sex."
I am not trying to kink shame anyone here, I’m trying to explain the severity of what we’re dealing with here and why it amazes me that people don’t take such problem as serious as it is. I didn’t want to go into much technical detail (even though I am a healthcare professional and know a thing or two about prolapses) bur KC has explained much better than I could and from first hand experiences.
That huge amount of liquid that comes from the urethra is simply and plainly wee, not harmful in the slightest. Ejaculation fluid comes from glands and are mixed with urine before being “squirted” what is not safe is some of the practices that are used to make a woman squirt. |

^^^Forcing liquid out of the urethra when it is not "ready" to come out, requires forceful downward movement of the pelvic floor, a bit like the Valsalva manoeuvre. It risks over stretching the tissues and muscles over time, risking severe prolapse or failure of the sphincter muscles (which cannot be repaired or alleviated).
Involuntary incontinence might be distressing to some. It might not to others. |

My take on this and I may sound a bit of a bore, is one of a little sadness in how a kink such as this came about. The people doing the 'showing' are presumably doing it willingly, but are they only doing it because someone somewhere once said it was sexy and they realise they can get some attention from it, from what is surely more of a medical emergency than an erotic encounter. There has always been a fascination and a marvel at looking at what bodies can do and the shock factor, but I dont know, it hints at exploitation and skewed thought processes and just generally not being a good idea. I wont go down the route of is a lot of bdsm/kinky sex just self harm in disguise? |

Prolapsing is not something that I find horny but I realise that some couples do derive pleasure from it. What I find more shocking is the number of judgmental people who seem to think that whatever sexual activity they are into is great but anything they are not into is disgusting or perverted. For a forum of sexually open people this condemnation is probably very similar to the condemnation they would get if their friends, family co-workers and neighbours found out they were actively involved in a swingers site. C'mon people, nobody is asking you to get involved so if you dont like a topic leave the thread. The judgy stuff is bordering on bullying |

Prolapsed are a massive medical problem and can cause a whole host of other issues.
Usually needs extensive surgery to fix and in some cases it can't be fixed.
Not a 'kink' that should be glorified. |

"I've seen a few educational films by a porn star called Dirty Garden Girl who takes great joy in turning her arse inside out.
There's something for everyone on this planet, it must be said. "
About as attractive as an autopsy to me. |
