Is it on or is it fake on
Fake on would be just
Turning the thermostat up
Real on
Is setting the pilot light icnsoin timeing up
Turing the pump speed up
And turning the thermostat up
Most people use more because they don’t know how to control they heating to its full extent
For example
pilot light icnsoin timeing
Will control how cold it gets before fireing back up
Set to low and you will waste money
Just say it’s set at 2
2 maybe 20c
So if you have your heating set at 30
It will heat to 30 cut out and then not kick back in again till it reaches 20c and then heat back up to 30
Now setting 4 maybe 25c so it will only drop to 25 and then heat back up save money as it’s not running as long
Pump speed
Determine how fast it moves the water around the system
To slow and it not be reaching the right temperature
And to fast and it will be overclocked
Recommend setting 2 for pump

"I’ve put the heating on.
Congratulations!
I'm still holding out, but I bought a heated throw
"
Me too, absolutely great. Not sure how much it costs to run though |

About 3p an hour. I've only used it for about an hour to take the chill out of my bones. I expect to use it more when it gets colder.
It was Martin Lewis talking about heating the person not the room that made me think about it.
