What would consider to be your ratio between sex and masturbation?
For me, I masturbate more than I have sex. Not by choice really.
I would roughly be around 20 times a month and sex only once a month if I'm lucky which would be 20:1. |

Roughly 3:1 for me I reckon
Twice weekly average for sex - although can vary massively
Reckon I can easily get through 6/7 wanks a week.
Mrs reckons she is 1:1

Wank about once or twice a month, (not a proper good wank, just a buzz with the wand for a quick shudder)
Not had sex in over 2 years.
Was different when I felt good about myself and enjoyed sex. I'd go to clubs or have meets. The ratio was probably more sex than masturbation. Now it's all just very bleugh.
