No-one's eyes change colour (unless due to disease). We just observe different reflected light, depending on the wavelengths of light bouncing back at us. These will be different at different times of day, different times of year etc.

Anyway, my eyes are pretty decent, but apparently so is my cleavage and my bum, so take your pick really
