Got out of having a roast dinner on Sundays and moved them to Fridays.
Have used a slow-cooker on all joints of meat for years now, and beef really does come out mouth-watering. Bit of horseradish cream and it's unbeatable! |

I buy about every six weeks. Beef and Pork joints, plus other meat from wholesaler. Cook joints and slice up , put in freezer. So can have anytime I want .
Do normally have at weekends . Depends on others meals cooked . |
