Reports from a place called Warrington which is a place where locals are torn between being part of Liverpool or part of Manchester.

A local with a garden surrounded by a high brick wall found 4 puppies of different breeds in the garden. They have since been taken by the RSPCA. The mystery is how they got there. Reports say they were thrown over the wall. But was it raining cats and dogs?

If they were all puppies, it must have just been raining dogs

No proof but looks like some bugger threw them over the garden wall

Don't start on the moles, Tom. Lovely little things, just stamp the mounds down and all is well.
