"What do you think of a penis pump are they good or a waste of money"
They're designed to help with ED problems, nothing more.
Some are sold with claims of an ability to enlarge your dick but that's generally bullshit and there's little evidence to back the claims up.
Sensation wise it's interesting (We actually test sex toys for a certain company) but pump too much, leave it on too long or don't use lube when inserting your dick and it can be a painful experience rather than a pleasurable one.
They're not really much use at all as a sex toy. There are far better options for that.
