I read an article recently tbat a Missouri grandmother was the law changed, so that when a d*unk driver kills parents of children, they have to pay maintenance for the children left orphaned.
The woman in the article lost her son, his fiance and a young child, leaving the her to bring up the remaining child.
Wonder if anyone is brave enough, to try to get this brought in for the UK? |

From what I have read, the state of Tennessee has unanimously passed that law. As far as I know this is only in Kansas City missouri. But I am in favour of it. |
