I call myself a bit of an expert in hitting my head off things being 6ft4, and I can say I wouldn’t ever recommend it. It hurts. A lot
And then you’ve got to explain for the next week to every person you see how you got the cut on your head |

Thanks for all of your replies. I usually resist the urge because of the consequences, but there are those urges that cannot be resisted, despite the consequences.
If I don't find the latter soon I may soon be reduced to the former! |

I invested in a punch bag so I just hit headbutt or kick that now...it was a wise investment I've saved a fortune on door repairs in the house.. |

Oooh too much effort!
I just go slightly too fast past average speed cameras and sit worrying for two weeks, waiting for a letter to come through the door.
S great way of expending energy and losing weight! |

I have had that feeling in the past, it was a scary time. I went from feeling that I had a mental problem, through thinking I was possessed to finding out it was a physiological thing that was remedied easily by a physio.
