Twirls in tubs of Cadbury's Heroes

Cadbury's have removed small Twirls from some tubs of Heroes due to supply chain issues.
Some tubs will come with 2 full sized Twirls instead. This has confused consumers.
What is going on guys?

To be fair two full sized twirls is a better deal.
If they removed them full stop I'd be rioting on the streets......

I have not heard of this one I'll be very disappointed if I opened up a tub of sweets and couldn't even have a twirl |
