Go to ten Downing Street and pretend you are staff, and walk around with some a4paper and a pen bin your hand. The turn around of staff has been so great over the past few months nobody wil know if you are supposed to be there or not!

Mind you might catch some god awful Tory disease or worse get spotted by real people and never be able to live it down

Hot showers help me. Also I turn all the heating off except for the room I’m in and keep thermostat just 1-2 degrees above stone cold house temp. It behinds to feel really warm at 12-13
