It would appear that the targets were in Ukraine.
Just shows how inept Russians military capability really is, as they seem to have missed.
Putin is getting desperate because he's losing the war - and running out of munitions |

The world, especially in Europe is incrementally heading towards a massive war between NATO and the Russian Federation; and the Chinese are itching to invade Formosa (Taiwan); and the North Koreans have designs on South Korea; and the Arab States want to destroy Israel; and Islamic State, ISIS, wants to control Mali and Chad; and India and Pakistan detest each other.
And the US resents any threat to its perceived role as THE world power!
We are such an aggressive and acquisitive species
