Right important shit this...
What is your perfect accomplimant with Fish & Chips ??
Obviously if you have more than 1 at a time then pick both or as many options as you would actually have with it ....
1. Salt
2. Vinegar
3. Ketchup
4. Curry Sauce
5. Mayo
6. Mustard
7. Mushy Peas
8. Beans
9. Pickled Onion
Or something I've forgot ??  |

Usually 1, 2, 3 and 7.
But I might swap 3 for 4 or 5 every now and then to mix it up.
And also swap 7 for 8.
Never 6 or 9 though.

Depending where I am in the country really
Salt and vinigar as standard
Mayo if its available
Beans not peas
And if in Edinburgh I'd go for salt and sauce (wostershire) |

If it’s with fish and chips, salt vinegar, tartare sauce and a light squeeze of lemon over the fish.
Now if it’s just chips, get some melted cheese on those bad boys and drown them in gravy |
