Send him to train with the reserves for the rest of the season. Letting him go is exactly what he wants. The first time he went left a bitter taste in my mouth, this time, I can't wait to see the back of him. Makes it all about himself and projects his insecurities on the rest of the team. Guy's like Homelander without the laser eyes |

Nah, they should terminate his contract and keep his registration so he can't sign for anyone else. Then take up the option for the extra 12 months meaning no wages to pay and can't register to play for 18 months |

He doesn't seem to able to cope with the fact that his career has to come to an end. He'll probably regret it looking back when he's older. Slightly staining an amazing career. But what do I know? He'll prob go n lift the world Cup next month |

He's so arrogant - United should just let him rot in the reserves. The club has to move on past him. The whole signing of him was based on nostalgia rather than form anyway |

"Someone needed to slate the glazers from inside the club "
Usually the owners really don't care. They are too far removed (& deluded) to be worried about critics, hiding away in USA, especially from within the club, where the top executives and co are just yes men.
Out of the 6 Glazier family involved, only 2/3 have anything to do with United, not that they add any value.
Let's see if Ronaldo's statements, some of which are highlighting a complete lack of progress (pointing indirectly at the owners) can rattle them. |

"Sack him now and save £515, 380 per week..?

If you sack him you actually have to pay him off!
I think what you will see if there is a legal breach of contract… if not all you can do is fine him 2 weeks wages for giving an unauthorised interview! |

The chefs at the club are great people. I have a lot of respect for them, they produce great food.
But when Luke Shaw walks into the dining room and starts using the Charity Shield as a plate I knew there were big problems at the club. Big Problems. |

"He comes across as an arrogant pretencious man baby....not a good look."
His career success is more than ample backup for his attitude he shows. He literally has nothing more to prove to anybody. And he certainly doesn't have to pretend he's one of the best in the game.
What he said is bitter medicine for Man United to swallow. And I say this as a fan of Man Utd since they won the Treble in 1999 and through the glory days of Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm. Ronaldo's spot on with his criticism of United now. Even if the fair riposte to his comments is that football has evolved away from his era and playstyle, and teams are increasingly not built around individual super players. |

Man United are going to try and say the actual interview itself is a breach of contract as they didn’t give permission for it…. To try and sack him with cause so they won’t end up paying
I don’t know if that will work….. I think the PFA would stick up for ronaldo in that situation.
I think the max fine a club can give is 2 weeks wages… but they would still have to pay him to stay away |

"Ten Hag can't play him again this season unless Ronaldo publicly apologises to the club etc which I can't see..
The club needs to grow a set and back the manager if he says Ronaldo goes.."
United should have grown a pair and sacked umpteen players in the last few years , paying for and giving total so called professional players lotto style wages and they were absolutely stone useless but unfortunately players contracts protect them way too much , if they were in ordinary jobs they would be sacked long ago for what they do but alas ..ah well..that's life . |

Well said mate !! No other footballer dedicates their fitness and training like he does that's why he's still playing.. he's been fully disrespected by United this season mostly the manager.. he had options before United he came out of passion for the club .. anyway he won't wear the United shirt again.. bayern In January |

Funny how the club publicly backed two players who physically assaulted a fan and an opposition player and who regularly get their names chanted by the crowd 20 years later I’m no United fan but I’d imagine the what I would call the hardcore fans not the “prawn sandwich eaters “ will still think of him as one of the beat players to play for them not forgetting his 20+ goals last season which without them they’d been just above the drop into the champ and as for the interview I thought it was a poor attempt by PM didn’t really delve into anything what’s not been out in the papers |

Put it this way if Morgan would have got off Ronnies dick before the Norties, Ronnie'd probably still be working through the 2013's onwards without a crime scene
You know what Taylor Swift said - who'd jump 1st
Anyhow took Piers 4 years to suck his cock anyway & that's got a price on

He's a spoilt brat having a tantrum because his ego has been bruised. And all this hoo-ha is PR management to make it look like him moving on is the fault of the big mean football club and nothing to do with his behaviour.
His hypocrisy is astounding, bleating on about being a role model even after carrying out a very public act of insubordination.
I'm not denying that he was, and still is, a brilliant football player, arguably still better than a lot of top level players despite his advancing years. But the only place that he's still in his absolute prime is in his own head. I sympathise that he has had some tough personal issues to deal with, but displaying the arrogance that he does at times is not the way to garner the respect that he demands. |

I prefer to watch the Ron Manager interviews. Ryan Giggs(or Giggsy Wiggsy) was a way better player than Ronaldo. Jumpers for goalposts? watching out for parky, The shimmy, beans on toast, Marvellous... |

Might not be a breach of contract, if it's not in the contract they cant do anything since it's not a breach. They have to show us that hes lying and maybe man u can sue him for defamation |

" if they sack him they still have to pay him. Hes not on £515 380 anymore, he got 25% of his wage cut. So hes roughly making £386 500 from wages, not including sponsorship or image rights

Do you reckon? Giggs better than Ronald’s?
I was a big fan of them both and look fondly at their careers at United. But I’m not sure Goggs could match up to Ronaldo, but having said that. When Giggs was on form, nobody in the league could touch him for a winger. The whole Arsenal team couldn’t stop him. |

Overpaid, over rated, over revered, like most footballers.
They have little or no respect for the game, each other or match officials.
Now rugby players are a different breed, sure they swing a few handbags but at the end of the game they're respectful of everyone around them.

He's a footballer first and a man with money second, I think it's him who's being disrespected here, he's superfit and what person trains like he does to sit on the bench........ Who would have the motivation he loves the game, clubs treat players as throw away commodities to win games, where once clubs represented the area they are named after. |
