Did the first day of my mental health first aid course today, it was good but intense.

Been struggling with my home situation a lot lately, and with Mr Fox going to the US next week I feel quite highly strung and heading for a meltdown.

Just venting before I channel my frustrations in the wrong way and end up causing havoc on here - Xeno x
