Had a meet with a guy with pearly penile papules. They are completely harmless, but did give me a bit of a fright.

There are loads of other conditions, some benign, some not that can cause spots.

Get them checked out if you don't know what they are

Have you ever been for a sexual health check? This is the sort of issue easily dealt with there. Search for your local GU medicine clinic and book yourself in for an mot and some freebies.

Oh, and there are STDs which can be passed from mother to child. The classic one is syphilis - but your brain would have rotted by now.

Probably.

Ladies... Is this the attitude we need in the run up to 2013....???

Melrose

Fordyce's Spot. Common on the lips, balls, and shaft. Perfectly normal, not in any way an STD, not transmissible, not uncomfortable. Just there. Look it up on Wikipedia. Don't try squeezing them, they're not that kind of spot & you won't achieve much other than discomfort.

You should get them checked out if they have just appeared. Some can be popules though, serbacious cysts which are harmless and non infectious

OP, several posters have suggested you ask a doctor as opposed to asking a lot of strangers to 'have a guess'

Ask your Doctor

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

If I saw a spotty cock it would not get into my mouth or anywhere else unless I knew what it was and totally harmless. You are admitting to NEVER having had a sexual health check. Think about that as even if the spots are harmless you might be harbouring something else.

"White spots on a mans penis? (like goosepimples) are they normal! info please"

If they are on the head, particularly the rim then they are normal. Some men have pronounced ones some don't...they are one of the commonest things men go to the docs with though, but they are usually normal. Get them checked out if you are worried

I would also suggest to the people who posted on this thread to google "fordyce spots" and to have a good read about it, you will understand that its fine and nothing to worry about.

I have met some harmless spotty dicks but I like to know the person is a checker and not a guesser.
