A penis pump.
I both have a bathmate and a medical pump.
The bathmate is just a penis pump that you use in the bath so that the water surrounds your penis in the pump. It can feel nicer and avoids the need for lube to create the air tight seal.
There is no special magic that the bathmate has that other pumps don’t, other than they work best when in the bath or shower.
Pumps were designed to rehabilitate the penis and can lead to a temporary increase in size.
Some will swear that regular use combined with other techniques like jelking will permanently lead to an increase in length and girth however this is all anecdotal. |
