I get what you are saying, OP. Unless I have a plan like pub quiz or theatre or whatever, I usually make plans for a Sunday night like meeting a friend for dinner or a drink. x

We normally have a take away or a nice meal at home, so Sunday evening don’t seems so bad. Maybe find something you like and try and reduce the negative association that way xx

Interested to know why Sundays are different from other evenings. You could always go to the cinema on a Sunday evening or go swimming or plan something else you enjoy. I find keeping busy stops me being lonely although I must admit I love a quiet night in.
