Good god, that's awful - note their numbers if they're not witheld, and report them to police. You don't have to mention fabs, just report as nuisance calls  |

I seldom give out my number for this reason... One stated I gave out my number to him in chams and I know that aint true as I never give out my number.. for this reason. I am trying to rack my brain as I only give out to those I trust... |

I would adopt a policy of denying any knowlege of what they are on about and then ignore them until they get bored.
Report the calls as well. |

That is a low stunt and I really hope you find out who did it.
I know we are not allowed to name-and-shame but if I were you, once you have definitely established who the culprit is I would be tempted to PM as many single women as I could in his area and tell them what happened.
This is why I think we should all have a separate PAYG "swing phone". |

I have my personal phone and a payg play phone, for exactly this reason. Easy to just change a sim card if you get nuisance callers - if you can't just change your number or sim, just ignore the calls |

What makes someone give out someone else's number and what's more, why do the people they give it out to continue to call even after she has told them to do one?

Years ago i had a guy ring me repeatdly, until i blew a whistle down the phone, he didnt ring again.
Also someone i refusd to meet opened a yahoo account put a naked boob picture on there and basically said i was a hooker and put my mobile number on. I had no idea he had done it until the calls started coming in. It stopped after awhile he must of taken it down. |

This thread is only going to please the person who may have done this if they are on here so I am shutting this.
