The Police have caught a criminal called The Cat Flap Burgler who got his name by using catflaps to reach in and grab house keys etc ..
He targeted houses with cat flaps. Tom wonders how many police man hours are used in inventing these sexed up names for criminals they are after..

I can just imagine a police officer, sat at a desk, tasked with dreaming up a fresh moniker for the “burglar who takes advantage of cat flaps”, now then; cat flap, burglar, what can I call him? This is going to take me hours…… |
