Over the course of my life, I have found myself in some crazy situations, and suffered some pretty horrendous injuries/illnesses, none of it has ever bothered me.
Last week, I had a minor accident (my hand got shut in a car door), nothing broken, just brushing and some ligament damage, certainly a minor thing compared to other stuff. But, I find myself in a situation where I can’t get the incident out of my head just yet, it’s causing me a lot of sleepless nights. Life, and the mind, are very strange indeed. Very strange, and very complex |

I really have no idea, it is not an injury, or a situation that would normally bother me |

Certain body part I juries scared me more than others.
My hands and my eyes are essential to my work. Anything affecting them would devastate me.
I've broken countless bones, fractured my skull, flat lined on an operating table and had countless concussions in my life which worries me given the research into the link between that and dementia.
I could cope mentally with many injuries, but anything that potentially impacts my sight scares the shit out of me.
Hope your worries ease soon OP.

"Are you mentally in a different place? Stressed ect.."
Nope, nothing has changed, work is no more stressful than normal, think maybe I am just realising that perhaps I am not indestructible any more? |

It seems you are saying that things are not as normal and so it has bothered you? Is that right ? |
