I am making Goan fish curry, a nice fillet of monkfish is now marinating in my spice mix before being pan-roasted in the sauce, doing makhani dal with it. Nice cold beer to wash it down.

Tonight, it’ll be a jam donut ……. Long drive ahead so won’t be home until after midnight…… don’t really want to stop unless i get a bit tired
