Best and Worst Christmas Adverts of 2022
Jump to: Newest in thread
With the Christmas ads being out now, I think we'll talk about which adverts for this year are the best or the worst.
For me, the best Christmas advert has to be from Barbour. The 2D animation was really well done and I liked the story they used with Paddington Bear in the advert.
The worst has to be from Aldi. I didn't like that it was more focused on the World Cup rather than give us something nice and festive like in the previous adverts Aldi had done over the years. |

Has the John Lewis one come out yet?
The Tesco one is not as good as last years although I love the voice of the voiceover man, albeit I’m not entirely sure who it is but it sounds to me like Jim Broadbent.

My favourite is the Asda one, with Buddy the Elf, it has a feel good factor. I love Buddy the Elf...
The one I dislike a lot is the one for "Very". I dislike it because it advertises it's credit option which comes at a high interest rate. It is encouraging people to get into debt. |

"The M&S Christmas advert is cute
Mrs C
Not for me. I can't take to Dawn French and M and S is out of reach of most people. "
I didn't say people had to shop there. A question was asked about advertisement |
