so trying to get a gauge of how many of you fellow lovelies i probably see day to day,

how many of you are fellow 'the gym' users in norwich? and how are you finding it

not sure this is gonna work.. its kinda like asking .. how many of u work in Primark in the Haymarket Bristol .. dont think theres gonna be a flood of responses but i cud be wrong

theres a "THE GYM" on the corner of cabot circus i was gonna join. the dumbells only go up to 30KG though so passed

is this true at all their gyms?

How heavy do you need them? Anyone who can overhead press 30kg dumbells for reps is of a good level of strength, press them for HIGH reps and you're amazing.

yes it is true.

they are a great equiped gym for the price, and are perfect for me as work nearby. i know a few people who use this at their lunch break but has a main gym for more intense workouts

50`s standard but higher the better. reason i was given was because its 24hrs and not always supervised they are scared of people dropping them on their faces

How do you mean 50s? Are you talking pounds, and for what exercise?

50kg mate. thats standard for most gyms. i barbell press for shoulders and i do the 45`s(kg) for chest press

30`s my warm up sets these days

Ah right, sorry, its been so long since I went to a gym I've forgotten alot of the standard stuff.
