Living alone and being Type 2, I tend to batch cook then freeze most of what I eat. Gonna buy a shed load of beef tomorrow, then make a Buffad and a Stroganoff on Wednesday. I can turn ma hand to pretty much anything, but it's thirsty work chopping and prepping everything, so a couple of bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon are always on the shopping list |

Beans on toast. Toast is not too light not too burnt. Sometimes I cut it triangular, sometimes rectangle but the right amount of pepper is always applied. |
