Living alone and being Type 2, I tend to batch cook then freeze most of what I eat. Gonna buy a shed load of beef tomorrow, then make a Buffad and a Stroganoff on Wednesday. I can turn ma hand to pretty much anything, but it's thirsty work chopping and prepping everything, so a couple of bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon are always on the shopping list

I do a nice Singapore noodles or chicken parm, I bake amazing lemon squares and a great key lime pie

Beans on toast. Toast is not too light not too burnt. Sometimes I cut it triangular, sometimes rectangle but the right amount of pepper is always applied.

Think my roasts are most popular with the family! Having been a cook most of my working life am pretty good at most dishes! Hearty food though! Not ponsy x
