Did you try shouting "Stop little porridge pot! Please stop!" But seriously, I tipped a bowl down my front at work last year and it was a real bugger to clean up and very hot.

I carry Readybrek for camping, just mix with hot water first then add Golden Syrup and double cream to taste. Warms me up first thing in the morning before I venture outside in the cold, especially during winter camping.
