When do your Christmas decorations go up
Jump to: Newest in thread
Mine have 'gone up' in the loft, years ago.
They will probably stay there until my executor*/the social services*/the bailiffs* deal with the junk up there.
*Which of these depends very much on which way my life goes in these increasingly uncertain times. |

I can't wait to get mine up this year! I'm doing some actual decorating first though, so I've decided the Xmas tree and decs will go up the last weekend in November. |

Me too.
We normally put them up the first weekend of December but are going to do it the last weekend of November this year. Can't wait ![](/icons/s/3/santa3.gif) |

Christmas should be ‘kicked into December’ …. but December IS the month of Christmas …. so once into December, let the fun begin!! … if you’re going to put them up, you want to make the most of them.
Mine will go up as soon as I can in December… a boozy afternoon that includes bottle of Croft Original … and Gluwein !!
They come down usually on the 2/3 Jan.

Each year I test the water with my kids to see if I can get away with not having to put up a crimbo tree. I think we have just a couple of years left and then I will happily not bother.
They usually go up first week of December and are down by 28th December.
