How do you spend yours?
Are you the type that eats at their desk and carries on working?
Do you completely separate yourself from work by going out and grabbing something?
Do you socialise or a solo eater ?
Always curious |

Mines determined by the work I do, you can’t eat in the environment I’m in and only 30mins break. It’s a quick sit down in the staff lounge area if you are lucky |

When I get work, most recently renovating a house knocking down walls and ripping up floors, tiles and everything underneath then laying the concrete etc. Very messy and dusty work. Don't really have a lunch break just grab something to eat and eat it. Drink throughout the day. It's hard work so just have a sit or 5 minutes now and then. |

Sometimes eat through lunch.
Sometimes go for a walk and eat away from the building.
Sometimes go for coffee with colleagues who are also friends.
Ideally, but have never, had a nap on lunch. My workplace needs to invest in nap pods! |

When working from home, go for a walk and then eat something at my desk.
When in the office, either go out for a team lunch or separate myself from my screen and eat in the eating area |

Not all that North of North London |
If I'm in the office I try and go for a short walk, as the novelty of working in the city is pretty ace.
At home, if time allows a run or 30 minutes of core. If I don't have time I'll work through abd finish earlier |

In one old job the office was half a mile from my grandma and granddad's and it was lovely popping down to theirs for an hour. My gran would know when my dinner was and would look up the road to spot me coming and put the kettle on. I miss that |

When I worked in an office, I'd usually have packed lunch at my desk. Sometimes I'd go out into town as it was a short walk away...usually on Fridays. At home, I'll have it away from desk and watch the news. |

If I'm in the office I'll pop out and mooch around the shops for a bit. Then I'll heat up my leftovers and eat them on the tables if there's someone to talk to. If not, I'll eat at my screen while reading the guardian online.
When at home I sit on the sofa and play wordle, check out fab, or watch something on TV. I get a lot less exercise when I work from home |
