I think we’ve had this discussion here before. I’m strongly in the no camp for cauli cheese or mac and cheese with a Sunday roast. The only cheese I’ll allow anywhere near my roast might be a dauphinois.
I’m doing roast pork, roast potatoes, glazed carrots and some sugarsnap peas. With some sage and apple gravy, obvs. The pork’s testing in salt and sage already, but dinner won’t be until around 7pm. |

We are cooking a chicken dinner, with roast potatoes, roast peppered parsnips, cauliflower cheese( a must have in my opinion) black pepper stuffing, Yorkshire puds and a variety of veg drowned in gravy…..mmmmmm |
