Not without a face pic! But we have met a really great couple who live about half a mile away, on the same road! Had some great times with them and it was so good that we didn't have to travel far as well... |

Nope
and to be honest the fact they didnt have a face pic isnt what would put me off first
I wouldnt meet anyone who lived less than a mile from me
My rule is, if you live close enough to me i could pass you in the street while i have my kids with me its to close to meet, less than a mile is the distance your going to shop in the same places, maybe even kids go to the same school or know a few same people etc and thats to close for me |

I never meet without a face pic, although I have hooked up with one or two unplanned at Chams.
Last time I went to Chams though, I was sitting at the bar, chatting to a guy when another guy walked up to the bar, we both looked at each other with that knowing look, he obviously recognised me but couldn't work out where from, but I knew straight away, omg, our kids went to nursery school together (over 10yrs ago mind) and I've seen him in his work capacity within the past 12 months. Like an idiot I sat there and said, 'oh hi (insert name), not seen you for a long time' then I reminded him that we knew each other through the kids.
5 mins later I was wishing I'd kept my mouth shut, I was sooo ashamed, now I just hope I never see him in there ever again, how embarassing it must have been for him, I don't think I'll ever be able to look him in the eye or hold my head up if I see him anywhere 'innocent' in the future |
