You could get a flag that says "I'm interesting". |

"... the racism card? "
Genuine question. What is actually meant when you say "racism card?"
Is it a way of denigrating someone's feelings or is it something else? What's the purpose of the word "card" in the sentence?
Labelling all of Wales as boring or alluding to Welsh being sheepshaggers is about as comedically clever as suggesting all blondes are stupid or all women have a pussy that smells of fish. Neither of those is true.
Cheers,
Gbat |

Err, I didn't suggest any of those things? The lady who interacted with me in the post from Wales may have mentioned sheep? I did not? And I'm fairly sure that folk from Wales do not fall under the umbrella of racial disparity, no? Unless of course they happen to be Welsh, and from a non white background? Or are we now classing the Scots, Geordies, and Brummies as being racially prejudiced against? |

You were the first person to mention sheep.
It's the 17th post in the thread, the one just before my first post.
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-and-courts/discrimination/check-if-youre-protected-from-discrimination/race-discrimination/
To save you some time, I've added the above link for you. As you can see, Welsh people, Scottish people and indeed English people can in fact be discriminated against. It's not my opinion, it's the law in Wales and England.
And if you read my other post again, I was not saying all women's vaginas smell of fish, (I specifically said it wasn't true). I was pointing out that it would be an equally crass thing to say.
If you're still chatting though, can you answer my question about the "card" phrase.
Cheers,

More xenophobic rather than racist technically isn’t it?
I, as someone from Wales, couldn’t care less as being labelled a sheep shagger quite frankly. I’m sure we can joke equally about others, e.g. fat Americans lol. |

Does nobody remember Ivor The Engine? There was Edwin Jones, Dai Station, Bluebell the donkey, Major Dolbys cat, Evans the song & Idris the Welsh Dragon
This was much better than Fireman Sam |

I don't mind being called a "sheep shagger", it's not like I go up Twmbarlum at 19:48 every Thursday and every other Sunday night to have my way with them. It's the reason why I don't actually eat lamb, bit too salty around these parts. |

"Did u know Fireman Sam and SuperTed started on S4C and we adapted it "
Was a little too old for them, but remember both being on S4C in its early years and hearing/seeing them in Welsh.
Llongyfarchidau i S4C - 40 years . |

That’s actually not what I’d like.
What I’d like is for you to try being nicer to people here.
Maybe acknowledge you were wrong?
Perhaps explain your use of that term you keep dodging the question about. That code word phrase “race card.”
I’ll settle just for you trying to be nicer as I don’t think I’d ever get the other things!
Thanks all the same.

If you think so, don't start a career in stand up. It's an old and very tired thing to trot out.
If it doesn't bother you, good luck! It bothers me.
I have been calm though!
