So there's usually a forum post here and there about what your exercise routine or what you work out goals are but how often do you schedule rest periods in?
Recently I've been feeling a bit run down so taking a week off from it all before I go back to normal. But are you one of those people who does something every day and then goes a bit mental if something gets in the way of it? |

I have set days and rest periods for my routine and get annoyed if I can't go one day I want to as it means rearranging the rest of my gym schedule. The only time I take more than a week off is over the Xmas period and then start fresh from January |
