You're Ooop North so may be colder... But it was a balmy 7 degrees last night and the house is a cool 16 degrees... Wtf have we become where we have to go into work to warm up!

Have thermal socks on already and a gansy and under dogs and a blanket still cold heating is going on for a bit - no one needs to be cold (or should be) |

If you’re cold put heating on for an hour in morning and hour at night keep the house warm  |

I’m going to get an electric blanket for the bed and an electric throw cover for the sofa as I spend most of my time in those two places when I’m either not in the kitchen or bathroom, and I’m hoping that with those two I can keep the heating off as much as possible this winter and keep the bills down |

Yep put it in tonight , washed towels and bedding today and dried in the line .. brought in for quick blast on radiators . 30 mins at 21 degrees will do . My poor little bald cockatoo was cold today . Curtains drawn at 5 keep the heat in. |
