Probably Radio 1 but Greg's kinda irritating in the morning and I can't stand Katie Thistleton.
Radio 4 repeats too much and WTF is The Archers about?  
Could never listen to Radio 2 because of Steve Wright and the smugness of Jeremy Vine. |

I never listen to the radio. Most DJs turn my stomach. Plus, I like to choose my own music.

When I'm working from home I usually listen to either 1mix radio house, 1mix radio trance or Dance Attack FM on the Amazon echo. Also like Planet Rock. Otherwise it's whatever shit they have on in the office when I'm there, usually Capital or Radio 1 and the utter garbage they play  |

It was SWU.fm til they had to shut down 
Now I mostly listen to a mix of Spotify & BBC Sounds - moving between music and podcasts. Sometimes listen to Times Radio - John Pienaar’s late afternoon is good do catching up with news. Sometimes Radio 4 - comedy or news. |
