It seems totally pointless if it passes straight through you. I would rather peel it off my pud and stick it in my purse before eating rather than dig around in the alternative |

It's not possible because there's no vegan ice cream left.
There are those that advocate eating gold will help you. I don't see how. Not all edible gold leaf is really gold. I don't know how you tell when it's a little sliver or dusting on your pud.
