What ever takes my fancy that morning, sometimes I don’t even have toast, I’ll have cereal!

I’ve always thought it strange that some people will eat the exact same thing day after day for breakfast, like a robot…imagine my surprise to discover that so many people are doing this though!

Only eat toast when I'm in a hotel as I rarely buy bread as it goes off before i finish it,

But Toast has to be wholemeal well toasted with butter (not spread) and thick cut orange marmalade on it.

Butter. But I'm weird. I leave my toast to go cold and then butter it.

As a side note - this is not nice done with margarine.

Marmite works as a base for savoury and sweet toppings. It’s especially good to have marmite this time of year for the b vits.

Re bread going off - if it’s for toast it’s fine frozen.

I’m mixing between marmite and lemon curd at the moment also enjoy jam marmalade honey and eggs poached or scrambled
