I'm personally not out tonight - been a bit poorly this week anyway - but did have to pop out earlier to drop my boy off at a Halloween party and will have to go get him shortly.
Was hoping to be able to make good use of a very rare child free Saturday evening but sadly, it was not to be |

Bungalow 1 maybe. Expensive, some roofing issues, weird layout. Needs ramp access installing (worse front door situation than current house).
Bungalow 2 - definitely not. All internal doors far too narrow for chair, would need dismantling internally and already slightly above max price  |

I was very surprised to see Leeds had won at Liverpool today...
In the past Man Utd would always have thrashed us at Old Trafford but this is a different and better Hammers team now so I'm confident we can get something... |

I went out with my kids tonight which was fun.
I was supposed to meet a couple later this eve but, despite asking several times, they have still not sent me pix of what they look like so I have no idea who I would be supposed to meet in the bar they proposed and, as I can’t be bothered asking anymore, have decided to block them and have a forum session instead. |

Indeed. The problem is that we simply cannot afford to spend huge amounts on changes/improvements with the purchase cost of 3 bed bungalows. That is the problem.
I'm just reading up on the fact that the one we saw first is from early 50s and has a 60amp mains fuse. Modern standard is 80 or better, 100amp. But It's possible that with the existing mains supply arrangement (if shared with an adjacent house), it won't be possible to uprate it. It means running a modern 3 bed house with 4 adults in it will be.......... interesting. We may have to resume playing Scrabble by candlelight and wash only once a week |
